does anyone on this planet know where to obtain a replacement plastic gear in the transmission on the ativa paper shredder X - 1800 better yet since Ativa doesnt even carry a single part for their HUGE line of Ativa shredders, who is building these machines and how do I get a hold of them in probably China I would only assume
