ford focus mk3 radio 6000cdS SAYS "PHONE"?

my radio has gone quiet , and displays " phone" the phone no longer works ,

it is nothing to do with a phone as it is the version that has not got bluetooth

please any help would be gratefully apreciated

Hi my ford sony stereo with bluetooth has stopped pairing with my phone and whoever elses i have tried anyone have any ideas it just searches and says no phone connected instead of giving me the accsess pin
