After every cycle i wipe out the water sitting in the rubber lip of my Bosch Maxx Classic front loader but there is this black residue stuck to the rubber and i would like to know the best way to remove it. Thanks
Replacing the door seal is an expensive option. Try wiping it with a mixture of chlorine bleach and water to kill the bacteria and mould. Leave it on for a short time then rinse it off.

replace the door seal.This is due to modern low temp washing.Boil washing is the only way to kill bacteria inside the machine otherwise it grows and smells.Something the manufacturers tend to leave out of the instructions!!
