how to get my windows to close proiperly?

my double glazed pvc windows dont close fully so theres a draught all the way round them they have long metal hinges on bottom and top with screws in them kingston windows did the bodge job plz help

On the edge of the sash you should have rollers, these are adjustable when turned with allan key, they are cams move about quarter turn to pull sash tighter. ( can be hard to move )
