my dishwasher is not emptying fully,ive checked for kinks in the pipe and ive also checked both filters .

sounds like it is your pump which needs replacing. mine did the same, i was quoted £150 to repair and replace but you can buy parts direct online and it will def be cheaper to fit yourself. point of interest, it might also be cheaper to buy complete new dishwasher!!!
