I have one circuit breaker that keeps tripping?

So my breaker keeps tripping I have taken down all over head lighting on the breaker and unhooked all outlets how can I fix this?

That is maybe not quite the way to find the problem. 1st cause would have been an overload, eliminating a few devices to see if there was an overload. 2nd cause would be a faulty fixture. 3rd is if your outlets are on the same circuit as lighting would be to check the outlets. If all of the above are alright, it may just be the circuit breaker. Lots of possible issues and no easy fix. Maybe a professional would be a good but possible expensive remedy.
