zanussi washer dryer displayin E10, how do I clear the error code?

washer dryer only just over two years old
Rachel, October 2006
E10 on a Zanussi Washer Drier means input filter blocked or inlet hose kinked opr water supply turned off. However if this only happens during the drier phase then its something else. This is what mine is doing. Any ideas anyone?
