i renewed oil pump, solenoid valve, control box and photo cell, but no oil through jet to fire the boiler

I have found most times it is best and cheaper to start with the basics,that is oil flow,spark and air,replace or adj. with proper equipment and persons.You did alot of parts already.Did you do oil filter,nozzle for starters ?
