Pfaff 145?

My sewing machine seems to be working properly except for the fact that it is not pickup up the bobbin thread. I'm assuming this is a timing issue and am wondering how to fix it.

to check if machine timing is correct you can do following test.remove bobbin and turn handwheel to let needle all the way down,turn more to allow needle to go upwards while observing needle position in relation with hook point.the hook point should be just above needle eye also hook point very close behind needle,almost touching it.hope this make little sense if not call again
