How do I dilute Delonghi descaler?

The instructions for my bean to cup machine say: Pour the descaler diluted with water(respecting the proportions indicated on the descaler pack). Can't find the proportions on the Delonghi descaler pack - anywhere. Can anyone help?

I asked deLonghi help line and she said 1/4 pack to filled up tank.
I do not believe that as the de scaler container is not resealable
I suspect its the whole pack in.
