have already tried that, it doens't seem to want to do anything, every cycle I put it on it does nothing apart from fill up with water, then it stops - I have emptied it 4 times already this morning by taking the filter out!

you can attempt to reset it by holding the start button pressed for 5 seconds.remove the filter and shine a torch in to the filter housing and check the drain pump impeller rotates freely first
