I bought this from Ideal Shopping Channel a few weeks ago. Decided to use it for first time today and was unable to find the squeegee or the attachment for the floor. Thought I had put them all together - any ideas as to where I can get spares for a brand new item...

i have a little yello but cudnt get parts so i did as last lady suggested the ewbank steam cleaner is the very same just different colour. just sent for part that broke. not expensive just look there site www.ewbank.co.uk

It's probably way too late now, but I discovered at the weekend that the Little Yello is just a yellow version of a Ewbank Steam Dynamo, and you can buy spare parts direct from Ewbank. Prices and postage are very reasonable (and certainly better than Ideal World prices!). I ordered on Sunday and got delivery on Tuesday! Website address is www.ewbank.co.uk.
