My simbr sm1100 steam cleaner indicator light has quit working.Its not doing anything. I need help i luv this machine

Hi Jodi,

I can't locate any information on the model number 'SM1100' are you sure this is correct? There is a model number SM0011 though...

The first thing you should do is to change the fuse for a new 13amp fuse in the plug and also try a different power socket.
