how do i fix my speedo on 1.6 citreon xsara picasso?

my speedo is not working its staying on 0 also the milage isnt going up has been the same for the past week, i have changed the gear box sensor and the clocks but none of them have work any suggestions?

is the drive gear on the senser ok and is the gear that drives ok and not loose .the wiring can break from the drive to the loom check for signs of wear and streching as it breaks the copper inside
