had to stop machine as appeared to be stuck pre rinse/spin. noisy and intermittently filling/draining. now after manually draining and cleaning filter machine automatically starts to refill using prewash compartment as soon as I turn dial to select programme! drum does not turn and I can only stop it by switching to off, had to manually drain numerous times as all programmes result in this prewash filling.
