water in transmission on a jcb backhoe?

The transmission fluid is like a white creme. Where could the water go inside the transmission ?Do i have to remove the transmission to fix the problem?help!!

it is probably water getting in through the torque oil cooler which on a 1989 3cx is under the radiator
