the brass pipe from the cystern is leaking bad how do i fix it?

The brass pipe going from the cystern is leaking really bad have shut water off but is still going cant be sure but either the seal on the pipe is leaking or there maybe a small hole somewhere please please help!!

the problem is you need tools to fix it, you need a wrench to fit the nut on the copper pipe that is running into the cystern , to check if its tight, if this is the problem its nut hard to fix,, but if the brass olive ring thats is under the nut has worn down over time, thats another problem, because its has to be cut off to get a new one on, this "brass" pipe that you say that leaking, is it at the top of the cystren? is it the overflow pipe.. or is it the water suppy pipe?
