Miele W2104 - water problem?

On wash cycle, pumps water in and then it pumps it out again ie as soon as the drum starts to turn water pumps straight out and this is continually repeated. No washing completed.

I have the same problem with my W2104.
Keymatic-- what do you mean by a leak? where? I live in a country where there is no Miele service agent.
