how can I fix?

How can I repair my 3CD player that won't recognize CD's. Radio and cassette player is fine. Aiwa Model CX-NMA545.

do you smoke ?coz if you do then tar can build up on laser lens,this blocks the light from laser so it cant read the disc,you need to clean the lens,very,very,carefully with methes .use a cotton bud
