Constant beeping from the case speaker? Sound like a Beep code.
That mean that there is something wrong, but benign in your hardware, most likely a bad contact for your RAM or one of the expantion cards.
Most likely cause:
During the transport, with the vibrations, some component unseated itself causing a bad connection.

Disconnect the computer and open the case. Touch a metal part to discharge any static electricity.

Find the RAM sticks. They should be relatively close to the CPU.
There are 2 plastic clips, usualy white or light gray, one at each end. Push them down untill the stick come up.
Remove it and place it gently but frimly back in the same location untill the clips snap back in place.
Make sure that you press straight down.

Repeat for every memory sticks.

Next, remove the screw securing a card in place and gently lift out that card. Put is back in place and put the screw back. Make it tight.

Do that for avery card.

As the case is open, take the oportunity to remove dust from the heat sinks. Use clean and dry canned compressed air to blow the dust away.
