Although the repair fixed most of the problem (it now steams and blow dries), it still sticks on the gentle drying cycle. After steaming it doesn't automatically dry and there's a flashing blue light. It needs to be reset in order to move into the drying phase and complete the cycle. We've sent it back once and they still haven't fixed this problem. They said the factory in Mexico that made them went out of business and they can't get parts any more. So... they probably won't be able to completely fix it. If this is the case, we'll be asking for some of the repair fee back.
