genesis jet steamer?

My steamer not releasing steam model 3287w. Can hear water boiling indicate that steam is ready but no steam even when l press it.And l don’t have a manual may you kindly help!!!

Hi Gerald,

I'm not aware of your particuar model so cannot offer specific advise. I would suggest that your problem is probably down to a blocked steam jet. You may find that filling the tank with vinegar and soaking any accessible nozzels in vinegar overnight will disolve any limescale build-up that will be the root cause of the problem.
