I've got the same hard drive installation failed on my DTR-FP 2500 TVonics.
Tried to the Re-set has not worked. emailed TVonics
on there site waiting for feedback.
But I must say the power supply is food for thought.
The channels seem to be fine, but the Library and Timers are a no go.
