Are you trying to access Facebook from work or school?
If that's the case, it probably means that Facebook is blocked by a firewall or a proxy.
From the computer of a friend or a relation? Here, also, access to Facebook may have been blocked. Personaly, I don't use Facebook and it's access is blocked from my router.
From home, try clearing your internet cache.
Remember this: Any photo, video or sound clip you upload to Facebook becomes Copyright Facebook and is no longer your's unless you explicitely put a copyright to your name BEFORE uploading.
