The plate "rack" bit on the bottom back shelf are mobile - by design. They are held in place by two grey bits of plastic which have come off my machine. I cant remember how they were fitted and how to clip them back on. Nothing is broken. This means I can no longer stack plates in the whole of the bottom shelf.
