boiler pressure keeps dropping, no leaks,leaks through outlet pipe,?

my vaillant turbo max boiler keeps loosing pressure through the outlet pipe,i reset to 1.5 when off some times it goes up to 2.0 when running.
any ideas how fit it

New pressure valve fitted, boiler does not now loose pressure. It now gains pressure, set it at 1.0 creeps upto 2.0 plus
More so when heating is running.
Any ideas ?? please

Change PRV the valve through water comes out,you have to drain system out to do that,also pump vessel to .75 the nipple is at top of boiler
