I have just bought a house and the boiler has been drained down there is no instruction manual can you advise where to get a manual or a site where I can download it from

Im not recieving hot water and my temerature gauge is dropping also my pressure gauge is at zero thus i have no hot water. what could be causing this?

how can l fixs as l can. not get hot water .
the only way l get hot water is when the centrel heating is on
.l have just put on a new .diaphragm.
