Ok if you have no LEDs especially LED 1 then either there's a proplem with the pcb/failed,or you have a loose connection on the pcb.
If you are covered by lg warranty,contact them.
if you are not and you wish to investigate the problem then,
isolate the power(pull the plug)
remove the top of the washer, by removing the torx headed screws at either side on the back panel,
check the connectors on the pcb,
pull one connector off at a time making a note of its location,
refit making sure its nice and tight,
do this with all connectors,
if it doesn't fix the issue,then its highly likely that the pcb has failed.
you may want to consider having it repaired by lg under their fixed priced scheme,
