first of all make sure that gas and electricity supply to the system are turned on and clock/timer is working and set for corrct time. /if this all done pres the igniton button (the one showing the flame symbol).Release it and listen for some noises from the system indicating that ignition has occcured and fan has started. You may have to repeat the process a few times or even hold down the button for 30 seconds or so to clear air from the pipes. If this does not work try Britsh gas . Their home care /boiler care service is very good and costs only £13 pounds a month for the basic. Hope i have helped. good luck
