can I repair holes in a sheer polyester dress shirt?

I have a 100% sheer polyester shirt that has "munch" holes in it. A couple are tiny, but I am afraid they will get larger over time. They are in the front of the shirt at the bust line. I also have a small tear, and a slightly larger hole in the sleeve of the shirt. Is there a fabric glue or a way to sew them without it showing?

Each of the holes will need some backing patch material. So does the tears.
On sheer fabrick, there is no reasonable way to do that in a way that don't show.

With so many holes in the shirt, don't you think that it's time to bin it and buy some new clothes. If you can't afford new, there's plenty used clothes in the charity shops.
