is there water still in the drum? if not the filter will be empty, if there is water in the drum and the filter cap is off then the filter hose or pump is blocked, try pulling the machine out to the middle of the floor, get a plastic bin liner, put the gray outlet pipe into it, and hold it down to floor level to empty it. if the drum is now empty get a kettle of boiling water and empty it into the drum, but rember that that the filter cap is off, so be ready with a mop, it should run out of the filter if its clear.
