poor hot water pressure?

hope someone can help ive got an ariston euro combi boiler the problem is when you open hot tap boiler does not fire up heating ok i also have poor hot water pressure is that the problem that the boiler wont fire up and any suggestions what couses this thanks

As you have low HW pressure, I would think that the heat exchanger for HW is restricted, possibly scaled up. I do not know your unit, Depends on how thing work, might need to remove to clean, or replace. You may get other replies, if not hope this helps.
