Vailant turbomax 824e will not re-fill after pump leak?

this morning i noticed water all over my side under the boiler. The pump is clearly leaking, so i switched off the boiler as i didn't need it anyway. Now i need it, i can't re-fill it.....nothing happens when i open up the filling loop.
Nothing but problems with this boiler!

Thanks for your replies, seems to be a faulty pressure gauge and boiler overfilling, so i'm guessing a faulty prv too.

Water under the boiler, You have a leak, as you say, from pump. where from pump, from fitting, might need seal replaced, or just tightened.
Fill loop is normally connected direct to mains water, via a non return valve, check to see if any other valve has been installed, AS you say nothing happens when you open it.
From what you say, NOT the boiler fault, might need a connection tightened etc.

Give a few more details if you need to get back. But this is not the place to sound off about a product. HOW TO MEND IT. Is what this site is about

Most likely is that the check valve has failed in the filling loop
