My samsung electric dryer turns on but doesnt run it has an hour glass on t?

the dryer display shows that the dryer is cycling through but the dryer does not start

The hour glass symbol means the dryer has started its cycle,

If you have no drum action,then hopefully its something simple, like a snapped drive belt.
