It could be. I am not familiar with the model. If mechanical dial, which I doubt, check if it clicks, turning up down. basically the same for electronic, turn up down, does it change anything. If auto defrost, could be auto defrost heater stuck on, check it, disconnect the heater if it has one. Only thing would happen then, is that it would be like a normal fridge etc, you would get a build up of ice. So look for a heater, it would normally be behind a panel, unplug. if it then cools down heater cct fault, which could go on. so repost if needed.
