My Samsung rsh1dtmh fridge freezer , on the fridge side the temp is 12-13c won't reduce temp also there is ice on the back panel inside of fridge.freezer working fine.any ideas what's wrong and how much will it cost to fix..

hi defrosting only works temporally as the the fan cover has now been modified to prevent ice forming ,

best to buy current stock from samsung dealer to make sure parts is latest stock modified

remove the back panel and remove any ice using a hair dryer make sure you switch the fridge of first from the main power, then retry,
