Fisher Paykel Eco Washing Machine?

Will go through wash cycle fine, but can hear it is having a hard time draining. Once machine reaches the rinse cycle, it will start chirping with beeps. We performed the diagnostic code - error is 37 - blocked pump. What is needed to try to find the blockage? Machine still has water is the lower tub area. I have had my machine for 7 or 8 years and has been amazing. Just need to get it working again.

Isolate the power,

turn hot and cold fill valves off and remove the hoses,

Pull the washer out 2 to 3 feet and tip it back to rest against the wall.

Access the drain pump from underneath the machine. Locate the pump in the front, right-hand corner of the washer cabinet.

Pry up the plastic retaining tub on the drain pump mounting bracket, using a flat-head screwdriver. Twist the pump counterclockwise and pull it out of the bottom of the washer cabinet.

Have a bowl ready to catch the water from the tub,or try and bail as much water out of the tub prior to pump removal.

clean out the pump and drain hose,

when you refit the pump
Coat the seal diaphragm on the top of the drain pump with a very light layer of bearing lubricant. Hold the pump up to the connector on the base of the tub and twist clockwise to lock the component into place; the plastic retaining tab automatically engages.

Connect back up and retry,

if the pump still struggles to remove the water it may need replacing.
