the machine is telling you it cannot drain the water from the drum.If there's water in the drum and you cannot open the door,then remove the grey drainage hose and lower it into a bowl.Once machine is empty of water you can open the door and remove your washing. Unplug the machine from the mains power and Look on the front or under the front kick panel for the filter.If your model has a filter inspection remove the cover.Pull out the filter and clean out any debris.shine a torch into the housing on the machine,and check for anything jamming the drain pump.
