I service these machines for a living
are both rollers not heating well? often one heater goes bad, they are lightbulb type heaters. if one fails open the heat from the remaing heater tries to heat both rollers and people report the machine is too cool.
sadly the heaters are at least 300 bucks a pair and must be replaced as pairs
