I assume that your boiler is giving that reading. 1st.
Make sure system is cold, not been running for hours. most need a pressure of 1 bar cold. safest way, is to bleed a radiator, to reduce pressure, But only when cold. You cannot go on pressure while hot, as temperature increases pressure. So cold only, bleed aradiator near to boiler, so that you can see, hopefully, or get someone to check, or stop start while you check.
