I bought a Yamata fy100 embroidery machine.. I never used it! Bought it brand new....it does not work...I may be threading it wrong but it keeps saying mechanical error...and I can't find any of the built in patterns...I get 6 that I can hardly tell what they are. I near Wilkes Barre PA... Is there anyone locally that I can take it to and have it looked at??? Thanks Cindy
