I have Baumatic BDW13/BDW14 Dishwasher 3/4 years old. When put on a cycle tablets don't desolve error code E3 flashes, "Heating problem" called repair man he put it on cold rinse cycle & a loud click was heard. he said it's your circulaton motor the click is the motor trying to run but sticking. £300 to replace it. I'm not sure about this. could there be something stuck in filter or something? I took side panel off but can't get to inside where the motor & all the workings are. It's a built in dishwasher with matching kitchen door on the front of the dishwasher.

if there is no heat it sound like a thermostat not working,did repair man checked that? should give close circuit and open at aprox 50-70c depending program.can put direct power onto heater for couple of seconds to see if heater work
