my washing machine won't empty , before i pull it out to tackle it , is there a filter at the back that may be clogged and preventing the machine from emptying ????
pull the lower front kick panel off,don't drain it from the filter,unless you want the entire drum contents over your floor.
Drain it with the outlet pipe on the rear,then remove the filter behind the kick panel.
