when machine is switched on all the led's come on as usual but the red door lock light goes out and the machine will not work. when we jogged the machine the light came on and machine started working until light went out again. we took off the door lock and it seems ok, put it all back on again and tried starting up the machine again and now the red light will not come on even if we jog the machine. Does anyone have any idea, something seems to go wrong between the door lock and the circuit board, because machine thinks door is not locked when it is!

Well I replaced the interlock as suggested and the red door lock light still wont stay on, anyone else any ideas where the problem might be.

the door lock is fine, take it from one who actually knows what they're talking about. Your motor brushes are worn and need to be replaced. Guaranteed

You have already found the fault!,why didn't you replace the interlock ?,.

Replace the interlock and stop messing with it before you blow the pcb/main control module.
