my garage roof is letting in water through a couple of
tie bar holes perished rubbers,don't know if the corrugated roof is asbestos or not,is there anything I
can paint over it even if it is asbestos.

lots of products such as bitumen,GRP that can be applied.Don't know how professional you want this but on a hot dry day use expanding foam in a tin internally where it leaks.this bonds to roofing and seals in one hit.tin goes a long way and cheap
