Panasonic Veira tv has image throughout background?!?

I own a Panasonic Veira 40 inch tv , not sure of model. The problem its developing is an image in the background which is basically the ghost image of the Sky pause screen, im not sure if this problem is Tv related or Sky box related

We had the same tv and had the ghost image of sky too. When the engineer came out he said it was the screen going wrong. Fortunately it was still guaranteed and was replaced for another. Good Luck
