i have a vokera compact he not working been looked at said it was circuit board £300.its less than 3 year old is this a common problem with them.could i fix it myself

if you're being charged £300 that means £150 for labour alone
lets assume it takes approx 10 minutes to fit new PCB
[thats how long it would take me]
that works out at an hourly rate of 150 x 6 = £900 per hour labour

Is going through it cycle,is pump ok,fan ok,water pressure ok,check fuse on PCB is ok,if you have to change if no cycle ,make sure you turn power at main switch off ,write all connection on paper which wire goes where
