how can i get the lights in my fridge to work?

I have a Zanussi fridge freezer and have replaced the old 25w bulbs with 15 w bulbs and they do not work

check the bulb if the bulb is good you need a new door switch

NOW did they work before, that is the question, if not could be switch, if yes check they are fitted correctly screwed in tight enough if screw fitting
