240 combi boiler worcester bf when having a shower or bath if hot and cold taps are on together after a while pilot light goes out thus cold water supply only it only happens bathroom upstairs sink downstairs no problem had engineer out coupling fitted gas valve new pilot light fixture but still same problem any ideas please

sounds like the boiler is overheating
only happens with bathroom taps not kitchen taps?
are the bathroom taps the mixer type?
are the kitchen taps the pillar type?
if yes to both then boiler is overheating
new gas valve fitted but still same problem?
did the engineer set up/adjust burner pressures as per manufacturers instructions?
has boiler been gas rated?
when a boiler is displaying signs of overheating the first thing to check is burner pressures & gas rate
if these 2 are OK possible scale/blockage on PHX
you need a competant gas engineer asap
