What is the procedure to get the boiler to fire up after the pressure has dropped and cut off, I cant get some of the switches to move on the control panel only one light showing should be two

boiler make & model
gas council number [if possible]
do you have the boiler manual?
it should have the filling system pressure procedure in there
if not can you access manual from manufacturers website?
